1. General Policy

The "Governance Accounting Archive Review" ("GAAR") strives to provide high-quality publications and services to its subscribers and customers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we offer a fair and transparent refund policy in such cases.

2. Refundable Subscriptions

• Annual Subscriptions: Full refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be granted unless due to technical issues that prevent access to the journal.
• Individual Issues: Individual issues purchased online are non-refundable unless due to technical issues hindering proper download or access.

3. Refundable Services

• Conference registrations: Full refunds will be issued for conference registrations cancelled up to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, a 50% refund will be granted. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event.
• Workshops and seminars: Full refunds will be issued for workshops and seminars cancelled up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, a 50% refund will be granted. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Printed back issues: Printed back issues purchased through our website or at conferences are non-refundable.
• Donations: All donations made to GAAR are final and non-refundable.
